Only good thing I have experienced with this app/company is the cheaper side of phone service. Literally ANYTHING you click on the app directs you to "contact customer support for assistance". So irritating! Been a customer for over 5 years and struggle every single time I want to re-up/pay for the month a few days in advance. Do better.

I'd like to report an issue with both the app and website. I have a single active line on my account, and after I remove it then try to add it back to the same account later, it's failing. It sends a verification code to my phone to be added, I enter it correctly, but it's showing an error message "Device code verification is pending". I tried it several different times including with my friend's phone, unfortunately customer service couldn't help, so please try to fix it.

The app is just as frustrating as the Simple Mobile service provider, if that's possible. You are required to login every time you open it as if you had just downloaded it. Half the time it won't recognize the password entered, even if it is correct. Then will keep asking for login for everything you try to do in the app. Accessing My Rewards section is nearly impossible and once you get in, it will keep booting you back to Dashboard and login. Shop phones, add data and other options are hidden.
