If you want to get ripped off, go ahead and get tracfone and this app. I have 2 Trac phones. I bought the $40.00 plan for both phones. Unlimited talk and text and 8 Gs of data. At first I didn't get any data at all on either phone. I contacted customer service. Finally after writing a bad review, they fixed one phone and I got my data, then on other one too. I have 3 phones now but was told they don't give discounts for multiple phones.

Very disappointing service at times. Customer care isn't very helpful and tend to disregard your issues with simply "restarting your phone" as the only solution. Also, both my boyfriend and I had our data, minutes and texts absolutely WIPED to zero out of nowhere! 8 GB of data and 29,000 texts/minutes just gone!! Only to be told by customer service that they don't see it "on their end". Just an awful way to rip off your customers that faithfully pay for your service every month. Just sad.

Having the same log in failure issues as several other folks. Have tried uninstall/reinstall several times. Also, tried log in using phone#, e-mail, Sim id, etc. Nothing works. I've been using this app for several years and it's always worked great. Please help. Update: Thank you Frank, I don't know what you did but, the app is back up and running.
